How do I create an account?
Download the TiYLT app and tap Sign In. You can register with your email address, or continue with Apple or Google.
How do I write a review?
Open any business listing and tap Write a Review. Our AI-guided review wizard will walk you through sharing your experience in a natural conversation. Reviews are published after you confirm your scores.
How do I claim my business?
Find your business listing in the app and tap Claim It at the bottom of the page. Submit your claim and our team will verify ownership and get back to you.
How do I report a review?
On any review, tap the ··· menu and select Report this review. Our moderation team reviews all reports and will take action within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email us at support@tiylt.com with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will delete your account and associated data within 7 business days.
My business information is incorrect. How do I fix it?
Claim your business listing to gain owner access and update your information directly. If you're unable to claim the listing, email us at support@tiylt.com with the correct details.
Is TiYLT free?
Yes — TiYLT is free for customers and community members. Business owner features are currently free during our launch period.
